The Award
Each month, we proudly recognize three outstanding individuals as our Accountability Award Winners. These participants exemplify dedication, consistency, and teamwork within our academy. Winners are selected based on a point system tied to group-defined goals across key accountability categories.
The Criteria
Every day of attendance offers an opportunity to earn points in these areas, encouraging participants to stay engaged and committed. At the end of the month, points are tallied, and the top scorers are celebrated for their exceptional performance and contribution to the academy’s collective success.
