The Award
Each month, we proudly recognize three outstanding individuals as our Accountability Award Winners. These participants exemplify dedication, consistency, and teamwork within our academy, which offers a range of educational resources and online learning opportunities. Winners are selected based on a point system tied to group-defined goals across key accountability categories, reflecting the effectiveness of our training programs.
The Criteria
Every day of attendance at our training programs offers an opportunity to earn points in various areas, encouraging participants to stay engaged with the educational resources provided and committed to their online learning journey. At the end of the month, points are tallied, and the top scorers are celebrated for their exceptional performance and contribution to the academy’s collective success.
The Goal
This award not only honors individual achievement but also reinforces the power of shared goals and mutual accountability in our educational resources and online learning initiatives. Congratulations to all our winners—you inspire us every day with your dedication to our training programs!
